1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. ACCOUNT

To set up an account, it is necessary to fill out a contact form with the Client's personal data in accordance with the form. Each account is assigned an individual login and password. Setting up an account is voluntary and optional.

It is possible to make purchases without having an account.

The advantage of having an account is the ability to check your purchase history,  check order status , and receive newsletters.

3. CONDITIONS OF CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT

There are two options for placing an order in the online store:

a)  by  creating an account with a login and password

b) placing an order without having to create an account.

In both cases, to place an order it is necessary to complete the order form.

Completing the order form is tantamount to the Buyer concluding a sales contract and accepting the store regulations.

The order summary includes information about the total price of the order item and the shipping costs. The customer is informed about all costs while filling out the order form.

After the order is accepted,  the Customer  will be immediately informed about the acceptance of the order for execution. Confirmation will be sent to the Customer by e-mail to the e-mail address that was entered by the Customer in the form when placing the order.

The order is saved in the online store system as proof of the conclusion of the contract.

  4. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment can be made in the following ways :

- Payment by bank transfer

- PayU payment

- PayPal payment (for international customers)

The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement. After exceeding this deadline, the Seller does not guarantee the availability of the goods.

5. ORDER SHIPPING

Shipments are sent from Monday to Wednesday. The shipment is made the next day after the day of receiving the transfer. The transport is done as a priority parcel (the supplier is Poczta Polska), which should be delivered to the customer within 24 hours. At the time of sending the shipment, the customer receives a shipment tracking number to the registered e-mail address.

We provide professional and humane transport. We reserve the right to suspend shipments in the event of unfavorable weather conditions (e.g. very high or low temperatures)

The order can be collected  in person at Chechło Pierwsze, at a previously agreed place and time, only and exclusively after prior payment to the account.

In Poland, we guarantee the buyer to receive a live animal (otherwise, the store will deliver another live animal to the buyer, or refund the amount due).  International shipments are not covered by the guarantee - shipments abroad are the buyer's responsibility.

We do not accept cash on delivery  !

6. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

In the event that  the contents of the parcel  arrive dead, we should be informed immediately. The condition for accepting the complaint is to record a video of the parcel being opened, which clearly shows how the animals are dead. If the complaint is accepted, we will send the parcel again, and in the event of lack of goods, we will offer other products for the same amount, or we will refund the amount to the customer's bank account.

We do not accept returns of live animals.

We assure you that our offer does not include any endangered animal species.
