Packaging & Transport
All animals are carefully prepared for shipment to ensure the best possible conditions during transport. We use insulated styrofoam boxes, and each animal is placed in a properly prepared plastic container with ventilation holes and moisture (damp paper) to maintain suitable humidity during transit.

Responsibility
The buyer assumes responsibility for the shipment once it is sent. We take great care in packaging, but we are not responsible for courier performance, delays, or issues during transport.
